1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or booking an appointment with Pawfect Paws, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
2. Appointments, Cancellations & No-Shows
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations, late arrivals (over 15 minutes), or no-shows severely impact our schedule and may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
3. Pet Health, Safety & Matting
Owners must disclose any known medical issues, allergies, or behavioral issues (including biting history) prior to service. We reserve the absolute right to refuse service if a pet is deemed a danger to themselves or our grooming staff.
Severely Matted Coats: Dematting is a painful process. If a pet's coat is severely matted, humanity comes before vanity. We will require a shave-down. Matting removal may expose pre-existing skin conditions, hot spots, or sores for which Pawfect Paws is not liable.
4. Vaccinations
All pets must have up-to-date vaccinations as dictated by local laws and our salon policy. Proof of Rabies is strictly mandatory before any service can commence.
5. Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of service completion upon picking up your pet. We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and contactless payments. Quoted prices online are estimates; final pricing is determined by the groomer based on the pet's size, coat condition, and temperament.
